has been on my radar for a while now and continued to impress in his team’s win over Logan County last week. Wilson finished the game with 39 carries for 266 yards and two touchdowns. DJ proved to be a strong runner, showing the ability to keep his legs churning through contact while maintaining his balance to break tackles with ease. Once he hit the field, he showed the burst of speed to break away from the defense on long runs. He also caught a 15-yard touchdown pass in the win. Wilson currently holds offers from Grambling State, Thomas More, and Millikin, and I can see him being a true impact player where he decides to play at the next level. DJ and the Blue Tornado have an intriguing semifinal matchup on the road this week against an undefeated Franklin County team.

Wilson has very impressive speed which he uses to run away from the defense with ease once he hits the open field. He has also shown the elusiveness to make defenders miss when they are able to catch up to him. DJ also finished this past season with 11 receptions for 136 yards. Wilson currently holds offers from Grambling State and Kentucky Wesleyan, and I expect more to come his way this offseason.

, a running back at Paducah Tilghman High School. On top of great size and speed, what impresses me about Wilson is his ability to punch through the pocket and break tackles on his way into enemy territory. I also like how Wilson can consistently use bursts of speed to escape the defense from along the edge, proving his ability to take it all the way to the house for the touchdown.
