Demetrius caught my eye live last year in their victory over Pickerington Central. He’s a tackle eater and is a rangy defender. He can play up top or in the box. If he puts on some size, I could see some MAC offers coming in for the talented 2028.

I got to see Demetrius work against rival Pickerington Central early this season, and he did not disappoint. He’s a great athlete who can fly over the field. He plays well against the run despite his listed size. He can bend and work his way into the backfield as a rusher, or blow up a hole and plug it against the run. I like his game and am excited to see him get some playoff experience.

Demetrius Curtis Demetrius Curtis 6'0" | 180 lbs | LB Pickerington North | 2028 State OH is an instinctive linebacker who quickly gets downhill and flows nicely to the ball. Curtis can shoot through gaps, wrap up behind the line of scrimmage and flashes being a great open-field tackler who can run and hit effectively. While he is undersized, his strengths against the run are hard to ignore. He is also a high academic prospect.

Curtis is someone I saw live in week three. He was a nightmare for the Pickerington Central offense to deal with. He’s quick to react to plays and can sniff out the run well. He plays fast and is versatile on the field. He plays with instincts and shows that he knows where he needs to be in a stout Pickerington North defense. With a bit of added size and experience, Curtis can blossom into an excellent prospect.
