Rich continued his dominating linebacking streak against opponents. The 6’3 220-pound linebacker had 12 total tackles (3 solo, 9 assisted), and 2 TFL. He has good athletic ability due to good acceleration, lateral quickness and speed. Very controlled body movements and is patient during option games. Good range to prowl the field. Demonstrates very good competitive toughness. He plays through the whistle, or will run across the field to make the tackle. Rich will also try to punch the ball out of the ball carrier’s hands. He has good strength and good read and reaction time. He’s a great downhill linebacker that excels against the run.
