is a stud coming out of Legend. Garcia made a big impact during his senior year at Legend. He was an integral part of their dominating run game. Garcia stands at 6’3″ 260 pounds, making him a great size for a guard or center. Garcia has good athletic ability due to good speed, quickness out of stance, and solid acceleration. He’s shown good competitive toughness and will consistently play after the whistle. Low pad level to get underneath defenders pads and overpower them to the ground. Good footwork/footspeed to mirror DL. In combination with good hand placement and strength, it makes him a formidable guard. Good anchor against the bull rush, and excels in the run game. Good pull blocker and will be in front of the RB creating holes.

Garcia is more of a known player than some of the others on this list, but his level of attention from colleges has yet to match his talents as a player. He was a defensive lineman before converting to the offensive side of the ball, and he brought that monstrous mentality with him to the other side of the trenches. His strength, athleticism, and speed make him a dominant offensive guard who rarely loses in big-on-big situations. When pulling, his nimble footwork and overall speed allow him to get around quickly and lead up to the second and third levels before the defense knows what hit them. Garcia has the size, skill, and natural talent to prosper at the D1 level, making him a player that every in-state school should have on their prospect boards.
