Albrecht-Reed is an impressive 2029 K/P for Legend. He earned himself a 3.5-star rating from KOHLs. Measures in at 6’2 175-pounds. Last season, he had 17 kickoffs for 727 yards with 1 touchback with 12/13 on PATs. Albrecht-Reed has good kick power. He uses his leg strength and control to explode into the ball and launch it downfield. Good job handling wind and piercing it with his kicks. Maintains consistent mechanics. His kickoffs have good hangtime and height allowing the special teams to get to the returner quicker. During the PATs, he shows off his consistent accuracy and making the kick. Does well under game pressure and when the lights are bright. Look for Evan to make that next step this upcoming season.
Albrecht-Reed is quickly establishing himself as one of the more intriguing under the radar specialists in his class. After a strong showing at the KOHL’S Kicking Camp, he earned a 3.5 star rating and continues to build momentum heading deeper into the offseason. During the season, Albrecht-Reed proved to be highly reliable on PATs, converting 12 of 13 opportunities and showing consistency under pressure. His offseason focus has centered around improving both hang time and overall leg strength, two areas that could elevate his game even further moving forward. Albrecht-Reed appears to be taking steps to improve his ranking and will continue to be a player on the rise. With continued progress and more camp exposure, he has the potential to become a rising name that college programs begin paying closer attention to over the next year.
