Stats: 8 Receptions, 194 Yards, 2 TDs
Unfortunately we saw Cooper’s HS career come to an end Friday night, but the standout WR went out fighting. The tape is outstanding. Cooper dominated with that game breaking speed. You see him quickly stack his CB and get behind the entire defense. He easily tracks the ball and puts himself in position to catch it in stride. Cooper also is able to make the concentration, traffic catches. The senior showed a quick twitch, elusive release package vs press man coverage too. The defense tried to play him aggressive and they paid for it multiple times throughout the night. I’m excited to see what is next for Cooper. Coaches, check this kid out before it is too late.

Stats: 6 Receptions, 66 Yards, 1 TD Off a Blocked Punt
One of the top uncommitted seniors in WI didn’t have a huge statistical night, yet still made a huge impact. Cooper’s speed is such a weapon at the HS level, and it wasn’t just on offense that we saw that. On his punt block TD the senior came flying in to easily corral the loose ball in the endzone. The senior WR also flashed elusiveness in the short passing game, making guys miss in space and accelerating upfield for yards after the catch. It was clear the defense respected his speed the way they played him. I’m excited to see what he does in the playoffs.

Cooper put up this week’s stat line in just one half of football, showing how quickly he can take over a game. In just a few catches the senior standout did it all. He proved the elite speed as he quickly raced behind DBs downfield. We see the after the catch threat in the short passing game, beating pursuit angles, finding blocks, and flashing that explosive acceleration. Cooper also showed off sudden route breaks hitting slants and a double move that had the CB biting hard. White is one of the top mismatches out wide and still uncommitted. Give the film a watch.

. Cooper has the tools to hold his own. His quickness, agility, and body control has given him the ability to be an excellent route runner. That ability will be key as he looks to open up separation against a loaded defensive backfield. I can’t wait to see the highlights from this Cooper and this game overall.

Cooper is a special athlete out wide. Everything he does can be done at top speed. That speed is a game changer. Whether it is simple go route where he gets on top of CBs then runs away from them or exploding out of a slant or in break, again opening up big windows of separation. White is so twitchy and with his excellent body control is able to run sudden, crisp routes that HS DBs just can’t run with. Cooper is a slippery athlete after the catch too, piling up yards after the catch. Cooper can turn any catch into a big play.

I have a strong feeling Cooper is set for a monster summer. The tape is there. The production is there. Most importantly, the athleticism and positional traits are loaded. The highlight tape does a great job of highlighting those special traits. Cooper is so explosive. Whether getting off the line, getting out of a break in his route, or shaking a DB after the catch Cooper is able to be so sudden with his movements. His acceleration gets him to top speed so quickly. A speed that most DBs at this level can’t run with. The athleticism helps White become such an effective route runner and win the fight for the ball in traffic.
The offseason work has been going in too. To put some numbers to his explosive traits that will turn heads this summer is his 41.8″ vertical. He also did an insane 35.2″ vertical while holding 20 lbs dumbbells. Add that short area dominance to 4.55 speed and you have a kid who is going to tear up the camp circuit as a tester and in the field work. Get ready for this dude.

of Sun Prairie East. Before we get to that, the junior could be in line to turn a lot of heads this offseason, and especially during summer camps. Cooper capitalized on his targets and turned in a ridiculous 20+ yards per reception average. The 6′ 180 lbs WR has an athletic profile that is going to leave a lot of CBs turning in circles looking for him. Cooper has excellent body control and quick twitch agility. He can start/stop and cut on a dime when his route requires it. His acceleration out of breaks happens so quickly, opening up a lot of separation from DBs. Also, White has long speed to beat pursuit angles in the open field, and has the elusive wiggle to make DBs miss in the open field. Turn on the tape this offseason, and get your camp invites out to the rising WR mismatch out of SP East.

can do on the varsity field during his sophomore season. He made plays on both sides of the ball in six starts, primarily on offense. However, this season is going to be when he makes a name for himself. There already should be a buzz around him because of how well he performed this summer. Cooper left little question about his athleticism. His numbers would hold their own against anyone in the state, a 41.7″ vertical, 4.55 40 speed, 9’5″ broad jump. All the numbers translate to the field too. Especially at receiver where White uses his quick twitch explosiveness to be a sudden route runner. His long speed allows him to take the top off the defense, and the young playmaker tracks the ball well downfield. Get ready for his breakout year this fall.

crushed the day. He had the second best vertical jump among the 700+ athletes at 40″. He ran a 4.65 40 yard dash,a 4.38 pro agility, and added a 9’5″ broad jump. What really impressed me during the one on one and routes on air was that Cooper made plays with both his athleticism or with the nuanced parts of the position. He didn’t always just try to outrun everyone. White showed that he could get open with his route running and the balance, body control, and feet needed to succeed that way. Get ready for Cooper to take the next step this fall for the Cardinals.
