Carr was one of the most impressive quarterbacks in the pro day drills in my opinion. He also was excellent in the accuracy challenge with a 50 score that was the third best of the day.
Him taking three sacks in the 7on7 is concerning and may be an indication that he takes too long to make decisions, but when he does make the right choices, the ball gets there accurately and on time.

CJ Carr was a top five performer on day two and had a mixed bag in the 70n7 portion Friday.
The Notre Dame commit completed 9 of 13 passes for two touchdowns with zero interceptions, but was sacked three times. Carr was the only quarterback to get sacked in the 7on7 portion.
Carr was third in the accuracy challenge with a score of 50.

The Notre Dame commit didn’t have the strongest arm at the event, but he has a fluid throwing motion and was consistent throughout the 20 throws.
CJ Carr was given a 44 out of 50 score which tied Raiola for the third best of the day. He was able to hit receivers in stride and had good timing on the out and comeback routes.
