Smith Jr had himself a day at the combine. He ranked 7^th overall in the 40 time in CO, and 44^th nationally. His pro shuttle was 9^th in CO, and 40^th nationally. Smith Jr has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, change of direction, and jumping. Good release, escaping hold up in the press jam. Creates separation due to his athletic ability and out running the DB, or quick cuts to make the DB miss. Very good catching and catch in traffic. Very good adjusting to the ball in flight. Great job by the young wide receiver for Cherokee Trail.
