Christian finds himself locked into a battle for the top OL spot in the Class of 2028. A battle that he is putting up a very good fight in. The ’28 OT has a rare frame, checking in at 6’6″ 300 lbs as a sophomore. Despite the massive frame at such an early age, Zywicki has shown to be advanced in his balance and body control. He moves his feet quickly so that he doesn’t get caught reaching while attacking DL. That massive frame also comes with next level worthy strength. Throughout his tape you see him burst off the line, get his hands inside, keep his pad level low with good knee bend and then driving DL off the ball and out of gaps in the run game. I love how Christian always lands his hands inside on his target. Doesn’t matter if it is a DL or LB at the second level and his ability to lock onto his man lets him show off his ability to sustain and finish blocks. This is one of the top tier talents in the Class of 2028. Don’t miss out on him.

I was very intrigued by Christian this past offseason after having him hit our radars during one of our rankings updates. Now I’m very impressed with the debut of his first sophomore tape. The 6’6″ 300 lbs sophomore. already plays very technically sound. Wide base, constantly driving feet in the run game, and hands that are strong and constantly resetting on his man allow him to dominate his opponent on a snap to snap basis. Christian is one of those special athletes that have outstanding frames and power, yet they move fluidly and efficiently so that they can get hands on quickly and start moving dudes around the trenches. There is so much to be excited about when it comes to Christian. Dig into his tape for yourselves and find your own favorite traits. Plenty to choose from.

I have a strong feeling that this is going to be a massive year for Christian Zywicki Christian Zywicki 6'6" | 300 lbs | OL West Bend West | 2028 State WI . He is sitting just outside out Top 10, but his elite size and power have him right on the verge of cracking it. The length and overall size are going to get him the attention he needs to become one of those early offer athletes. What he needs to show this fall is development from his freshman season. Show that his flexibility, balance, and short area agility and quickness are steadily improving. If he can prove that he is developing and getting noticeably better year to year, then that will give next level coaches the confidence to start pulling the trigger on him for offers by next spring. I’m pumped to see this West Bend West OL this year, and especially Christian out at LT.

Our top newcomer at the offensive line position in the Class of 2028 is the massive athlete out of West Bend West. Christian checks in at an elite 6’6″ 290 lbs with long arms. Watching through his highlights it quickly becomes apparent that Christian is able to use that frame to create a lot of momentum and power in the run game. A combination that allowed him to reset the line of scrimmage multiple yards downfield to open up running lanes or allow him to wash the DL away from the hole and down the line of scrimmage. I’m excited to see how his footwork and overall athleticism/flexibility have developed this offseason. If those areas are improved then he is on his way towards pushing for OL1 territory.
