Charles Battaglia Charles Battaglia 6'0" | 220 lbs | LB Chaminade | 2023 State NY was one of the most consistent defenders in the NYCHSFL this season, Battaglia picked up offers from Union, RPI, and Bryant after a strong senior season. A captain on his team, Battaglia showed leadership on the defensive side of the ball with his play. Consistent in his play Battaglia was consistent in the middle of the field for Chaminade. Battaglia’s ability to be an effective defender against the run, shedding blocks, and fighting through tight spaces to makes plays in addition to his ability to drop into zone coverage and read the quarterback well makes for a extremely well rounded player who can be very impactful as a defender at the next level.
