One of the newest members of the Catholic Memorial offense and roster is former Arrowhead OL Carter Fromstein Carter Fromstein 6'3" | 275 lbs | OL Catholic Memorial | 2028 State WI . The incoming sophomore is in the midst of building a great frame for the position. A frame that on tape has shown it can pack a punch and move DL and the line of scrimmage downfield in the run game. That power shows up in his anchor during pass protection too as he quickly can set his anchor, punch, and stuff DEs early in their attack. Carter has no shortage of clips showing his unfair power at the JV level. It will be interesting to see if he can see the field on Friday nights and if he stays out at OT or moves inside at Catholic Memorial. Either way the talented athlete will eventually have his time to show for one of the top rosters in the state.

One of the most impressive overall freshmen check-ins was from Arrowhead OL Carter Fromstein. The ’28 has a 6′ 245 lbs frame with nearly a 6’3″ wingspan and massive 11″ hands. Carter held his own in the 1 on 1 trench battles too. He was able to quickly set out of his stance and has an excellent base of strength to be able to get those massive mitts on the DL and take away their initial power move. The freshman moved his feet pretty well too, but is going to get even better there as he grows and grows into his frame. The early signs from size, length, and strength have me very excited for what Carter’s future holds.

Projection: Highly ranked in state

A multi-sport athlete that plays at a high level in both basketball and football. A teammate of Zachary Keith Zachary Keith 6'3" | 270 lbs | DL/OL Franklin | 2028 State WI (listed above), at 6-foot-1 and 170-pounds he comes with good size for a Wide Receiver on this level. Equally agile and explosive. Plays Defensive End/Edge/Outside Linebacker on the other side of the ball and brings the requisite physicality.
