Carter has seen some attention from the University of Nevada, but I am surprised more schools surrounding Reno have not been in contact. Watch for schools in the region to come in late to the versatile tight end’s recruitment. Good hands, adjustment ability, and a large radius get displayed extending overhead to make contested catches. Carter displays the quickness, strength, and athleticism when separating underneath that suggests he can develop into a reliable target over the middle. Carter shows the flexible base, strong upper-body and powerful leg drive as a run blocker that suggests he has all the tools to develop into a quality Y-TE at the next level.
