McCreary is capable of driving the football over the middle, possessing solid velocity. He hits open targets that are moving over the middle reliably. Displaying recognition skills when kept clean, he identifies mismatches and gets the ball there quickly. McCreary takes his lower half through progressions and sets up to throw in the quick game. He is most comfortable having a built-in check down on plays. Often more keen to scramble and make something happen with his feet than stand in the pocket, deliver a ball and take a hit.

McCreary is the definition of a dual threat, this is a guy that can truly find ways to make plays in every fashion. We’ve seen this from McCreary previously of course, but last fall was his greatest year yet- on the season he posted up a ridiculous 2809  passing yards and 43 touchdowns with only 1 interception, with an additional 802 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground as well. It was unreal what he was able to do last fall- his ability to pass and protect the ball as well as he does is ridiculous- he’s never turning the ball over and finds the endzone constantly.
