The 5’10 179 running back was the leading rusher for CT. He carried the ball 14 times for 83 yards with an average of 5.9 yards per carry. Tucker was getting the tough yards against the Mountain Vista defense. When the CT offense needed some yards, he was their guy. He has good athletic ability due to very good change of direction, good speed, and acceleration. Tucker has good vision to identify the holes at the line of scrimmage. He used dynamic cuts to juke out defenders at the LOS, or pivot into another hole. He put his shoulder pads down to create contact first, then used his good strength to run over the defender. He’s got a good stiff arm as well. Tucker and Collins led the offense, and I’m excited to see more of that duo as the season goes on.

Tucker is a radar low-flyer with a high ceiling. He is a speedy running back with good vision and the ability to change direction and exploit cutback lanes. He is an explosive runner with sharp cuts, impressive bursts of speed, and excellent body control. His ability to keep his legs moving while running with a low pad level makes him difficult to bring down. Tucker is a standout runner who deserves to be on the radar, making him a prospect to watch.

Another great RB at the showcase. I had the privilege to watch him play against Eaglecrest during their homecoming game, and this kid can ball! He measure in at 5’9″ 165 pounds. Combine stats: 4.68 40 yard time, 4.41 shuttle time, and a 9’3″ broad jump. Tucker has all the qualities a team would want from a #1 back. He has a very good athletic ability, thanks to his very good speed, acceleration, and good change of direction. He’s a physical back as well, and will run through defenders with ease. Good catching out of the backfield. Tucker is an all around back that any team would be fortunate to have. I’m sure he’ll make a splash in his senior year.
