Peebles is one of the most disciplined and well-rounded safeties in the 2026 class. He may end up playing corner or in the slot at the next level since he works well in limited space, but for now, he’s the guy that frees up Cardinal Gibbons’ defense to be so multiple. He can play every position in the secondary and he can be left on an island to the boundary, in the slot or in single-high sets, giving the Crusader defense plenty of versatility.

Braylon continues to show why he is considered one of if not the top c/o 2026 Safety in the NC. He racked up 11 tackles and also got an interception. Peebles is a true ball hawk that has to speed to cover from the hash to the numbers but also shows up big time on run support.

An All-State selection last season, Braylon’s production was incredible last season: 169 total tackles, 8 pass break-ups, and 3 interceptions really reflect an all-around player who is helping his defense at all three levels. Braylon is also a hard-worker in the weight room, a nice intangible to always have. Braylon currently has offers from Indiana, Troy, Coastal Carolina, Liberty, Duke, Virginia Tech, SMU, & Louisville. Fast and physical is how I would describe Braylon’s game, and it helps set the tone on defense for a very good Cardinal Gibbons program. There are several big hits, impressive plays on the football, and impactful plays on special teams on Braylon’s highlights which reflect all of the college interest in him. A fun player to watch.
