Outlaw, headed to Georgia Tech, has long been one of my favorite players in the 2026 class and was an obvious pick to make this list. He will play a hybrid type position on defense for Tech, where his run and chase skills should be put on full display. He runs at a major P4 level, but it’s his speed, along with his play strength and pop at the point of attack, that sticks out to me. I’ve been tracking him closely for the last few years, and that will continue well into his college years.
