Harper reads the quarterback well, showing instincts to jump routes and make plays on the ball. His combination of size, speed, and football IQ makes him one of the top defensive backs in the region.

Harper’s a long, versatile athlete that showed promising potential at the JV level as a freshman for Liberty. He was an explosive-play producer on offense that showed speed and elusiveness with the ball in his hands as both a WR and returner on special teams. He shows good control of his lengthy frame at 6’2”/160 that should present some upside in the secondary as he continues to develop. Harper- now at Bishop Gorman- holds the potential to develop into a future D-I prospect down the line.
