Brandon committed to D1 Bucknell in August and hasn’t looked back since. The 6’2, 220-pound LB/RB had a productive Week 0, accounting for a score and 201 rushing yards in a 35-14-point victory. Biagiarelli is Avonworth’s biggest leader and playmaker on the team. Brandon chose Bucknell over Toledo, Maine, Montana State, Youngstown, UPENN, Georgetown, Fordham, Columbia, Dartmouth, and Colgate.

Brandon has one of the best motors I’ve seen on film in the 2024 class. He has a great football IQ that helps him recognize plays quickly. He plays off blocks very well, and he consistently gives tremendous effort. He is physical, with violent hands, and often causes TFLs. His athletic ability is displayed when he plays running back, which helps him at linebacker. He has a great understanding of zone drops and regularly takes away intermediate throws on film in Cover 2 and Cover 3. His agility helps him in pursuit of ball carriers, and he isn’t easy to block. In addition to Toledo, I believe Brandon would also be a good fit at JMU, Marshall, Temple or Liberty.

It makes sense why Brandon Biagiarelli Brandon Biagiarelli 6'2" | 220 lbs | ATH Avonworth | 2024 State PA gets the hype he does when at running back or wideout. The kid is a special athlete, who can earn a coaching staff’s trust at multiple positions. It’s hard to not like the idea of the kid on offense when you see him hurdle kids left and right. I can’t help but love this kid at linebacker. His tackling technique is awesome to watch. More times than not this kid is stopping ball carriers in their tracks, his form doesn’t allow for many yards after contact if he’s involved. Biagiarelli’s athleticism and prowess at linebacker might have his cementing a future fit at safety. He can sniff out the run easily and can fly to the football. He’s got the ball skills to translate to the position. For now, Avonworth will station an elite backer in the middle of their defense.
