His instincts are excellent as he understands football at a high level and how to make plays in and around the line of scrimmage. He is also a good tackler who is consistent with tackling. The other area of strength is how he runs sideline-to-sideline chasing plays. Metz is a good prospect who needs a big game to help Avonworth slow down the talented Imani Christian team. Metz is that good of a linebacker that I expect a big game from him.

He has excellent instincts as he reads the offensive play well and triggers upfield. He is a good run stopper by stopping most run plays between the tackles. Not to be outdone, he is also a good pass defender by dropping into zone and taking away passing lanes. Metz also runs sideline-to-sideline chasing plays all over the field. Metz should have a good chance to eventually get recruited to play College Football as he is a talented linebacker.

He has great instincts and does a nice job of triggering downhill to make plays against the run. He is excellent at making plays in or near the line of scrimmage. He has good speed and is excellent at chasing plays all over the field. Metz is also a good tackler, especially in the open field. Metz is a good linebacker who should only get better.
