Palladino is a QB that is able to throw effectively on the run and still have enough power behind his throws. His mechanics are smooth and gets a lot of zip on his passes when he is driving off of his back foot, getting the ball out to his receivers quickly. When he takes off with the ball he has great vision being able to find gaps in the defense and rip off big runs. He has some speed as well so when he gets to the outside, he is able to outrun some players for those explosive plays.
