showed off his speed in getting to the sideline, scoring a touchdown by taking a hand off and bursting to the outside for a touchdown late in the scrimmage. He can also run through a few would-be tackles, showing off some lower-body strength against the Little Hawks.
Between he and Waukee’s other primary ball-carrier, Case Haub provides more of the speed, and he’ll likely be a threat to catch passes out of the backfield, too.

Case Haub filled an important role for the Warriors as an 11th-grader in 2024. His production likely foreshadowed a breakout coming season. Case Haub racked up 326 yards (7.4 YPC) and six touchdowns as a backup running back. He added three receptions for 47 yards, and returned four kicks for 133 yards (33.2 YPR). The numbers highlight Case Haub’s big-play ability. He’s a threat to break one whenever the ball is in his hands as we see on his junior highlight video. He’s effective carrying the rock up the middle, where he utilizes sharps cuts, downhill running and strong vision. Case Haub looks comfortable catching the ball and sometimes lines up out wide, where he can get into a route or take a handoff on a jet sweep.
