Halcomb shared some reps alongside Rahman last fall, and while he doesn’t fully have the job yet, there are a lot of reasons to get excited about this kid. He just looks the part of a traditional, high-profile QB prospect. He has a quick, explosive delivery with easy spin on the football. His mechanics are clean. As I alluded to earlier, this is how they’re supposed to look, and while he holds P4 and FBS offers, more are coming.
