served as the Tigers’ freshman team quarterback this past season and he showed a ton of promise in the role. He is a true dual-threat quarterback who is very reliable when asked to run the option. When keeping the ball as a ball carrier, he has shown the speed and elusiveness in the open field to break away for a big gain at any given moment. As a passer, he has shown the ability to make throws on the run with ease while also showing impressive accuracy. Jacobson is a quarterback who I’m excited to see how his career progresses as he moves up to the varsity level.

will get a chance to learn. Jacobson is a strong pocket passer that can put some serious mustard on the ball when he gets the time. He comes from Silver Creek Middle School in Indiana, where he was the team’s Offensive MVP last year.

The Indiana native who will be off to St. Xavier for high school, may have not gotten into the game until Kentucky’s third series, but he’s also the only Big Blue Quarterback to record a passing touchdown in the losing effort against the Tennessee Future Stares.
After going three-and-out on his only two drives of the opening half, Jacobson started the second half at QB for the 8th Grade Kentucky Future Stars, but unfortunately that drive ended with an INT on a 3rd-and-14 plays. His next series, Kentucky’s first possession of the final quarter, went just like his pair in the first half and Kentucky unfortunately went three-and-out again.
However, a silver lining was found late in the game. After an unfruitful day at QB, Jacobson finally made the throw we all know he’s capable of with under a minute left in the game. Following a textbook stop-and-go route by

(listed above), Jacobson hit him on a rope for a 46-yard touchdown pass to make the score 24-20, unfortunately it just came too late.

- First time selection for the Kentucky Future Stars
- Will be attending Saint Xavier (Louisville) for high school
The Silver Creek Middle School student-athlete lives less than 20 minutes from Louisville, but is technically on the Indiana side–however, he’ll be attending perennial top-10 Kentucky HS Football program, St. Xavier (Louisville). Jacobson was named the Offensive MVP for the Silver Creek Dragons during the 2024 season, and followed it up by leading the 14U Kentuckiana Bl1tz to the Prep Redzone 7v7 National Championship in April. He’s a very good looking prospect at 6-foot and 170-pounds and brigs dual-threat ability and toughness to the position.
