Frye completed 15/21 passes for 165 yards and 2 TDs with another 148 yards and 2 TDs on the ground as well.

Through 13 games, Frye completed 122/205 passes for 1817 yards and 20 TDs through the air, and another 985 yards and 15 TDs on the ground.

I’ve been really impressed with Frye this season. He’s a really well-rounded passer who gets the ball out quickly to his WRs, no matter where they are on the field. I’m really looking forward to watching him face off against this Thompson defense.

Aaron Frye Aaron Frye 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Claychalkville | 2026 State AL made every throw count in Clay-Chalkville’s win over Hueytown, putting together an efficient and explosive performance. He completed 7-of-12 passes for 191 yards and 3 touchdowns, consistently connecting on big plays downfield. His ability to stretch defenses vertically opened up the field and created mismatches that his receivers took full advantage of. Frye also made an impact with his legs, rushing for 62 yards on 6 carries to keep Hueytown’s defense honest. His dual-threat skill set allows Clay-Chalkville to attack defenses in multiple ways, and his steady playmaking continues to raise his stock.

Earlier this week, Frye announced he had committed to Alabama State! He’ll be a big asset to their offense- I’m excited to see him play this fall and at the next level.

Frye announced yesterday he had picked up his second offer, this time from Tuskegee University.

Frye, in my opinion, is one of the most slept on QBs in the state- I’m super excited to see what he ends up doing this fall, everyone should be on the lookout for him!

Smaller, athletic QB prospect. Good enough with his legs to garner respect as a runner. Will scamper for big gains when given room to create. Real smooth mechanics as a passer. Clean, smooth drop. Keeps two hands on the ball. His eyes lead his feet and he calmly clicks through progressions. Long, natural, snappy arm action puts some life on the ball. He can muscle out-breaking throws and smaller windows over the MOF. Hits his receivers in stride and will hang back a second to take on contact and wait for his receiver to get open. Frye has good mechanics and plays the point guard role well, which he pairs with dual-threat ability. Holds a D1 offer from UT Martin.
