Jackson is a dual threat QB who showed a ton of growth over the last couple of seasons. He is a smart player from the pocket, and is able to make pretty much every throw. On short and intermediate passes, he has no issue putting a ton of zip on it and putting it on the receiver in stride. He has more than enough arm strength to fire it down field and drop it in a bucket for his target. When he gets outside of the pocket, he is a hard and efficient runner. Overall I think he is in for another great season in 2024.

Jackson put up a couple really impressive performances when I got to see him. He’s a solid dual threat guy, but he really thrives being able to sling the deep ball, though his short and intermediate accuracy grades out pretty good as well. He has great vision, feels pressure better than most, and has the ability to throw from different arm slots to still get the ball to his receivers. His footwork is really good in the pocket, but I would like to see him do a little more stepping up in the pocket than escaping outside, but I think that will just get better with comfort.

Still one of the most impressive games I have seen offensively all season long. 400 yards, 5 touchdowns, and getting it done on the ground, Conn did it all against Standish Sterling. I love his ability to throw it from any arm slot, and the way he moves in the pocket. At times he escapes the pocket a bit prematurely, but overall it doesn’t hurt him due to his impressive throws on the run. Jackson is a talented kid who stuck out above all with his command of the game all night long.
