McMahan was near unstoppable by the end of the season where the 5 ’11 running back played on another level, running around and through defenders for 1,697 yards on his way to 28 rushing touchdowns on the year. McCallie had a balanced team last season on both sides of the ball but I believe McMahan was the defining factor behind the Blue Tornado’s championship run, which is a big reason behind achieving this top honor.
