This East Tennessee sophomore may be undersized with both his height and his weight but Scott is a natural athlete with some of the best foot speed coming out of the TN2029 recruiting class. A great option to work from the slot or as a gadget guy, the Blue Tornado wideout can get in and out of his cuts very quickly then separate from defenders into the open field. Due to his size, Scott can slither away from tacklers and find open creases within a defense to continue gaining positive yards. I have also seen this season his ability to work deep as well. Scott is not an outside the hash receiver but working the seams with his speed makes him dangerous to get behind defenders. I expect some teams to not pursue Scott due to his size but I can also see other potential power programs bring him in as a pure offensive weapon that could be used in multiple ways, including on special teams as a possible return man.

is a dynamic player from McCallie school who is due for a massive blow up on the recruiting trail. He’s off to a great start, as the shifty pass catcher holds offers from Ole Miss, LSU and Memphis. He’s played well in 2026, which means more are on the way.
He’s a compact wide receiver, standing 5-foot-7 and weighing 135 pounds. I’d like to see him add weight to fill out his frame, but the 2029 prospect has time. Even without prototypical FBS size, Scott III is a dangerous playmaker who can do it all.
The McCallie athlete is more of a slot receiver. Even then, he has the athleticism and twitch to get active in the screen game, run routes all over the field and force his way open. Scott III excels in the short to intermediate passing game, but has the ability to get vertical. Once he grows a little bit more, he will be unstoppable.
McCallie head coach Joel Bradford is amazing at getting the most out of slot receiver talent and freshman Levi Scot III is the next one up for McCallie.
He is undersized right now, but is an explosive playmaker that can shoot out of a cannon when given any amount of space, a large reason he has had an instant impact as a returner for the team.
He has made flashed his talent against a strong schedule, including showing off the speed in some plays against Baylor, where he really caught my attention.
He is going to be a player Bradford will continue to look for unique ways to utilize in his high school career.
Levi packs a punch as a compact back. He is clear of who he is and brings his A game each week. Using his leverage as an advantage for squirting through creases only he can get through, or fighting every down for them yac yards are a must. Mr. Scott plays magician the way you can see him one second and after a few slippery moves he vanishes into the end zone.
