No Twitter Activity in much of April, May, or June out of Malvern Prep’s Chris Lake Chris Lake 6'4" | 200 lbs | LB Malvern Prep | 2024 State PA . For all I know, the 6’4, 200-pound OLB/WR prospect could have numerous offers to his name. His potential warrants such opportunities, yet I’m in the dark as of right now. I have thrown around Chris Lake Chris Lake 6'4" | 200 lbs | LB Malvern Prep | 2024 State PA ‘s name to many in my circle, with positive feedback always bouncing back. There’s a lot to like on tape and in a camp setting. He’s a prime candidate to wow coaches in person if he’s camping this offseason.

College coaches I speak to are already gauging Chris Lake Chris Lake 6'4" | 200 lbs | LB Malvern Prep | 2024 State PA ‘s potential. Lake received a high yet modest rank out of us after watching his tape right before releasing our lists. 6’4, 200 pounds, highly versatile skill set that will have him split out at wideout or tight end, or on the other side of the ball, setting the edge and/or rushing the passer at OLB. This is a name that could blow up, a name that could garner FBS attention from the likes of Temple, Akron, etc. He’s a top 100 prospect in waiting, so long as he puts the tape out that we expect. Lake went on a junior day visit to Navy last month. I expect continued interest from the academies moving forward.

This is only the beginning for Chris Lake Chris Lake 6'4" | 200 lbs | LB Malvern Prep | 2024 State PA in terms of ranking. I remember seeing number one fly around the field against Imhotep Charter in the game I attended this Fall. He came up with big stops as well as an interception in that one. He was a new name to me then. Now, the young man is squarely on radar as one of the future stars at Malvern Prep. I’ve seen him stay on the hip of many elite wideouts/tight ends 15+ yards downfield. The tape shows him crashing down from his linebacker spot to make plays against the run. Lake has special grabs on offense to boot. If I’m ranking solely on his linebacker production, this spot seems fitting. If I am ranking solely on potential, Lake could rank inside the top five with the best of the best at his position. Excited to see this kid in the offseason.
