STANDOUT TRAIT ON TAPE: Two-Way Athleticism/Playmaking
It’s obvious Malvern Prep has a moldable athlete on their hands with Fett. The key to projecting Fett’s future position is likely found in the weight room, depending on how he grows vertically and horizontally. The book is still out on Fett, as the young ATH only has cut-ups on Twitter that I can evaluate. He’s on the JV/B-team over at Malvern, which is usually standard procedure, the program is stacked with sophomores and upperclassmen who have waited their turn. Fett will wait his turn. I’m excited to properly rank him after a season’s worth of tape on Hudl, the Twitter clips will have to suffice, only for now. I value that the coaching staff trusts Fett to carry the rock on offense. Fett looks more and more natural toting the rock as games progressed, heavily involved in LOS mis-direction/counter sets. Fett can align at OLB/DE/EDGE as well. I’ve gone on record in the past, stating I like Fett as a LB piece as the years progress. Last season, Fett proved he can make plays on both sides of the ball. Excited for his future.
