Cameron Walter Cameron Walter 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2026 State PA is one of the most underrated quarterbacks in the state. His ability to throw the ball in the pocket and throw a catchable ball to his receivers is excellent. He is also a good athlete who prefers to make plays with his arm, but he is more than capable of running when it presents itself. Woodland Hills has a battle against Upper St. Clair this Friday night. It will be a battle, and if Woodland Hills wins, Walter will need to be at his best.

Cameron Walter Cameron Walter 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2026 State PA is having an outstanding season for Woodland Hills, and he continued it Friday night. He threw for 315 yards and 3 touchdowns. In a 50-14 win over Armstrong, Walter was outstanding in the game. Walter is an outstanding quarterback who does a good job in the pocket, but he can also make plays with his feet when the play breaks down. Walter is a talented quarterback and deserves a game ball for his performance.

He has good mechanics and footwork in the pocket when he throws the ball. His ability to read the defense and know exactly where he wants to throw the ball is good. He also shows a good ability to make plays with his feet, as he can scramble around and make plays with his feet. His ability to keep his head downfield to look for open receivers is excellent. Walter shows a ton of skills inside and outside the pocket and is in line for a big year.

Cameron Walter Cameron Walter 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2026 State PA is a playmaker inside and outside the pocket for Woodland Hills. His ability to make plays when the play breaks down is impressive. He can scramble around and find his teammates down the field. He is also good in the pocket and does an excellent job of throwing the ball. He also has good mechanics and footwork in the pocket. Walter has the skills to play at a high level and should improve next season.

Cameron Walter Cameron Walter 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2026 State PA is a classic pocket quarterback who does a good job of throwing the ball inside the pocket. He has excellent footwork and mechanics in the pocket. He also does a nice job of sitting in the pocket and knowing he gets hit, but he still delivers a good football. Walter can also run with the ball in designed plays and when the play breaks down but prefers to sit in the pocket and throw a good football. Walter is a talented prospect in the 2026 class.

Threw 3 interceptions to his 24 scores last Fall as a sophomore at Woodland Hills. Slight frame, yet he’s on the cusp of ideal QB height/weight combination, I do have to remind myself he’s a sophomore at times. Cracked the Top 15 at his position, has a seven-minute tape on Hudl. Operates out of 21 personnel often, the first QB on this list to operate out of a more heavy set up front. Probably the best anticipatory passer I’ve covered in this series. I applaud his feel/vision and expectancy skills, kid is clearly a natural passer, one who is seasoned and comfortable tasked with hitting his man downfield. A lot of baseball in his release, looks to have a ton of backward displacement once extending away from his off-hand. Tough kid, witnessed taking some brutal hits in the pocket while maintaining focus and hitting his man accurately downfield, some instances 15+ yards downfield. Love the decisive nature inside the red zone and goal line. Accurate, emphasis on timing, Cameron Walter Cameron Walter 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2026 State PA can catch the snap and get the ball out where it’s intended to go, smart and confident kid behind center. Good production at Woodland Hills I might add. Although measurables and competition level might not scream top tier, I am a fan of the complete package that is Walter the QB prospect. He’ll be entering a pivotal year, one that will likely determine his recruiting status among his QB peers.

Here is 2026 QB Cameron Walter Cameron Walter 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2026 State PA out of Woodland Hills. The first thing I want to mention is that Cameron is a 3 sport athlete. He plays basketball and is an All-American baseball player. Walter is an athletically gifted kid, as well as academically with a 3.8 posted GPA. He has a good presence in the pocket even with being on the smaller side for QBs. This is a kid that plays above his measurable’s. He makes very few mistakes only giving the ball away 3 times this past season. I love seeing him make throws on the run. He looks best in his own element. I’m sure as he continues to develop his recruitment will only take off.

Cameron is another dual-threat D1 prospect, whose ceiling continues to rise athletically. He has next-level pocket presence and footwork. He has a quick release and gets the ball out quickly to his weapons. Walter is sharp on play-actions and doesn’t lock onto his favorite targets. His arm is strong, and he does a good job of giving his receivers a chance with his throws. Cam is a dangerous runner capable of scoring when he chooses to run. His agility aids him on rollouts and eluding blitzers attempting to pressure him. One of his best stat lines as a high-volume passer is having a 63% completion percentage to go along with 1,195 passing yards and 14 touchdowns to just 2 interceptions.
