Woodland Hills’ Jaron McKinney is a name that has received some buzz as of late after receiving a top-five billing at the PRZPA Exposure Series. McKinney is in line to take over the starting quarterback job for the Wolverines. He throws the ball with a little bit of a sidearm angle, but consistently releases catchable balls. During the WPIAL Prospect Showcase, McKinney worked with various receivers to show off his touch and arm strength. He throws the ball with a tight spiral and did a good job leading receivers in space.

Jaron McKinney is a talented quarterback out of Woodland Hills. I love the way he plays quarterback. His film is excellent as a runner and as a thrower. Then he earned a top 5 performance at the showcase. He showed a consistent ability to throw the ball all day. McKinney is a good quarterback in the WPIAL, and I expect a breakout season from him. He is that talented a player.

Jaron McKinney flashed some good skills at the showcase on Saturday. He earned a top 5 ranking at his position. He was consistently one of the coach’s favorite quarterbacks at the showcase. He has excellent mechanics and footwork. He throws a very catchable ball to his receivers. I also liked his strong arm, as he was able to put a good touch on the ball when he needed it. McKinney has a bright future ahead of him.

Question: Could Jaron McKinney be one of the biggest sleepers at the showcase?
Jason McKinney flashed some good skills last year for Woodland Hills. His ability to throw the ball inside and outside the pocket is impressive. He is a good athlete who moves well. He also shows a good ability to throw the ball while he is in the pocket. He has a chance to be one of the biggest sleepers at the showcase. That’s the question he needs to answer because he could play well and push all the quarterbacks.

Perhaps my favorite quarterback on Day 1 was Woodland Hills 2028 product Jaron Mckinney Jaron Mckinney 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Woodland Hills | 2028 PA . He was slinging it for the Goblins, remaining calm in the pocket and delivering several accurate passes. Looks to me like he is a rising star set to have a big time junior season, I bet he does well at the Pennsylvania showcase next month too.
