About Rashad

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A physical Powerback that has elite speed and breaking tackles, I use my strength, And my balance to help me gain extra yards and getting out of the tackles or a pile of chaos. Every play results in a hard finish.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a winner mentality and the reason I have this mentality is because I never give up I always think about winning the game even if my team and me are losing by a lot of points ima still play like how I was from the start and playing hard until the game ends and motivating my team to play hard as well.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Not Yet

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a team member motivating a team, I motivate my teammates before a game happens because I had teammates whenever we start losing or having a bad record I will always motivate them to play hard and finishing the game strong. And I help my classmates on they work if they ever need help and also helping teachers throughout the day I tell them if they need something I can do for them.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In the 7th grade I didn’t make the football team, I wanted to tryout running back but every drill we did the coach will say I be doing them wrong and I be having to go to different positions because the coach didn’t think I didn’t know what to do with RunningBack. But I still never gave up on the sport and being a RunnerBack.

What type of college are you looking for?

I wanna be in a D1 Program where I can develop myself as a better player and be a starter for a winning culture team and be in a strong coaching program. And off the field I wanna be in a college where I can get all the help from teachers and motivating me in the class and supporting student athletes.
