Games to Watch (Week 3)

Week three has another big-time rivalry game, first time meeting and one of the best programs from 5A versus one of the top programs in 6A. Here are some of the best games from around the state:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Bishop Kelly vs Rigby </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The reigning 5A champs are taking on the perennial power in Rigby and it should be one heck of a match up. Bishop Kelly uses stifling defense and ball control offense with the ability to strike quickly when they take their shots down the field. This is the first matchup between the two schools where Meridian has established itself as perennial power and Owyhee is now not the up-and-coming school but a major player in the SIC. Both squads come into the game after dominant offensive games, but the Grizzly were the victor and have been dominant in their wins.
