Rupp checks into our rankings as the number one defensive linemen in his class and just inside the top five overall in the state of Idaho. He projects as a snappy 3-tech at the next level with a good strike upon initial contact and quick lockout at the point of attack. He is very technically sound against the run and does a good job of using his leverage to his advantage while providing a relentless interior pass rush as well. Rupp has been starting for one of the top programs in the state since his freshman year and is currently rated as a three star prospect and hold offers from Boise State, New Mexico, and Nevada.

Rupp is another prospect that has a terrific off-season, and is really developing into one of the top interior pass rushers across the western region. He is a very well put together prospect with great strength/power at the POA, plays with violent hands and does a nice job at using his leverage at the POA to reset the LOS while also showing some snappy twitch and interior pass rush abilities as well. He checks into our rankings as the number 3 prospect in the 2026 class, and holds offers from Boise State, Nevada and New Mexico and should see others on the way as well.

Rupp is a dominant player and is going to be the week as it is his effort that will help Rocky corral the opposing offense. A player with elite tools and ability to be a game wrecker at any point.
