Oelkers is coming off a tremendous off-season so far and solid sophomore year campaign where he tallied 700 APY with 5 touchdowns and should be a dominant force as a junior for Rocky Mountain. He has seen his stock rise in recent days after exploding at the UC Report camp over the weekend in Utah where he worked out as both a running back and receiver, and took home MVP Honors at the end of it. He is a dynamic athlete that runs crisp routes, has elite tracking abilities in traffic and strong hands while able to create seperation downfield and is excellent after the catch with return abilities as well. He checks into our initial rankings release as the top prospect in the 2028 class across Idaho and should see offers start to come in through his Junior year.
