It’s no secret that Schoolfield is one of the top signal callers across the state, and has elite arm talent, escapability and dual threat abilities outside the pocket. He gets the ball out quick, throws a tight spiral and shows tremendous ball placement/touch over the top and can throw on the run from various arm angles. On Friday night he had a stellar performance and threw for 238 yards and 2 scores while adding another 74 yards rushing and 1 touchdown against Capital.

Schoolfield is a natural passer that checks into our rankings just inside the top 15 overall and as a top-five signal collar in his class. He has a snappy release and can deliver the ball into tight windows both while throwing and breaking out breaking routes and shows good throw anticipation downfield while leading his receivers open. He does a good job of feeling pressure in the pocket and being able to throw on the run while keeping his eyes downfield and buying time with his legs. Schoolfield is a high IQ passer that moves defenders quickly with his eyes and does a good job at moving through his progressions before making his decision. He is another no-brainer next level quarterback that is still awaiting his first offer.

Schoolfield checks into our rankings as a top 3 signal caller in his class, and just outside the top 10 overall. Heading into his Junior season, he shows terrific throwing mechanics with a quick release, can drive the ball downfield and fit it into tight windows over the top with good anticipation and touch as well. He is in line for a huge Junior season for Boise, and should be atop the passer rankings this Fall.

Schoolfield has continued to impress after last season where he put up big time and that trend has not stopped. He is a big-time player who makes big time throws along with his ability to move in the pocket. He seems to always find a way to make a defender miss to get a throw off down the field.

Schoolfield is the top returning quarterback in the class of 2026 with his monster numbers and quick release. His ability to get the football out of his hands quickly is what separates him from many of the other quarterbacks in his class. College coaches are going to love to his ability to really read defenses and the strides he has made in the off-season. A player that has the ability to extend plays and always seems to be one step ahead of the rush.

Schoolfield is coming off a terrific second season campaign in 2023, and checks in as our number one signal caller in this very talented 2026 quarterback class in Idaho. He is a technically sound thrower with good mechanics, pocket mobility and has a snappy release with a strong arm downfield and good zip on the ball in the intermediate game as well. The Boise high product has been shining on the 7 on 7 circuit this off-season and ripping it around for a top team in the region. Coming off a 2,000+ yard throwing season last Fall, he will be one of the states best heading into the 2024 season.

Schoolfield checks into our rankings as the top quarterback across Idaho in this loaded 2026 class, and has a live arm with pocket mobility and the ability to fit the ball into very tight windows downfield. On tape, he shows he can quickly move through progressions, buys time with his legs and has a strong understanding of where pressure is coming from before taking off. He also shows he can manipulate cover guys with his eyes, is not afraid to check down but also throws a nice deep ball with velocity and spin over the top, throwing receivers open. He has a snappy release and the ball jumps out of his hand both in the pocket and when throwing on the run or across his body. Still not holding any offers, that should change soon as he gets rolling into his Junior campaign.
