Wayne showed some real positives throughout his reps, especially with a clean, quick release that allowed the ball to come out on time. His whip was smooth and efficient, helping him get the ball out without extra movement or hesitation. What stood out was how fast the ball came out of his hand and being able to hit WRs on stride. Bower will be atop our 2029 rankings release when they come out here soon and he is one of the top passers in his class across Idaho. Bower is a very athletic passer that can navigate the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield, shows escapability when buying time with his legs and throws the ball into tight windows, leading receivers open with good touch and velocity over the top. He has a snappy release when getting the ball out quick and puts nice zip on the ball with a tight spiral and can throw accurately both at the second and third level. His mechanics and pocket presence for his age are very impressive and he should continue developing into one of the top quarterbacks across Idaho in the 2029 class.

Bower is a 6 foot gunslinger with All-American pedigree, who knows how to lead his team to Championships. He can sit in the pocket and pick you a part. Need to roll out or throw bootleg to keep the defense honest? Wayne has that covered too. Throws a good ball with decent mechanics and athletic to pull it down and scamper for some yards if needed.
