Fletcher is a plug inside that plays with great leverage, sudden power and lower body strength to eat blockers inside and get under double teams and drive blocks with ease. He has a quick and violent shock/shed progression and can quickly reset the LOS from the interior while showing nasty intentions once he get his hands on blockers. He has the ideal frame and some plus length for the interior at the next level and is technically sound in the run game while having some sneaky tools when rushing the passer as well. Checking in just inside the top ten at the position across the state, he is a under the radar guy that deserves to have more college attention and is going to be a very nice late get for a school as we near the first national signing day.
Fletcher is one of the top center prospects in Idaho and should be drawing plenty of college attention through his senior year for Boise. He is a violent and strong blocker that understands leverage, drives defenders off the ball with inside hands and a solid base with body control and can sustain blocks downfield. He shows he can pull across the line, get to the second level and cutoff linebackers and is a high IQ player in pass protection with the ability to pickup pressures and twists inside. Overall, he is a plus athlete and true road grader in the run game with the ideal feet and movement abilities for the position in college and is another ’27 prospect that will be a late steal for any program.
