Great producer on both sides of the ball, tangible production, 500+ yards of offense, seven scores. Rembert also reeled in four interceptions, 2 sacks, and 40+ total tackles to boot. First rep on tape has Rembert vacating his pre-snap zone, catching an interception, and taking it back for a score. Can serve a hybrid nickel corner/backer role. Ideal blend of physicality and athleticism, you can see Rembert flip the switch from aggressive run supporter to play-making athlete in real-time. Has the temperament to legitimately start at linebacker, while also having the athleticism to start at corner, safety, or running back. This combination of traits has me thinking he could get serious safety consideration at the FCS level. A safety who could also contribute as a punt/kick return man if a program is in need. Hopefully, his measurables stand true. A smart defender who is used to serving multiple roles/assignments, solid GPA as well. Currently un-offered.

One of my favorite unoffered prospects in all of Virginia. Stationed at LB and WR for Lack Braddock Secondary, Xavier Main Xavier Main 6’3″ | 220 lbs | ATH Lake Braddock Secondary | 2025 State VA is your ideal two-way weapon, usually one whose complete skillset is coveted by next-level recruiters. Offensively, LB likes to involve Main heavily as the in-breaker in passing concepts. Main can run nines, seams, and fades, yet his bread and butter in this offense are in-breaking routes. A slant/dig/in eater, Main can flash his numbers and provide his QB with a wide frame for balls to get thrown into, flashes late hands too. Main can catch and head upfield smoothly, he’s a load to bring down, is often seen dragging kids 10+ yards after the catch. His offensive skillset is an obvious fit at tight end at the HS or collegiate level. Main gives you just a dab of athleticism/twitch that can make your brows raise from time to time. A catch through traffic, occasionally getting out of his break smoothly, there’s potential to be unlocked here. Defensively, you can witness Main play a bit more freely/naturally. Quite the motor, quite the closing speed to the football. I don’t believe LB has explored with Main off the edge in-game, you can usually find him blitzing in a scrape LB role aligned pre-snap between B-gaps. Again, a lot to like, a lot to be unlocked. Main relies on athleticism and brute strength on defense, simply over-powering or out-running backs and tight ends who attempt to block him. If Main can develop real shedding abilities and continue to show an understanding of leverage use, I wouldn’t be surprised to find a program liking him inside the front seven. A great un-offered all-around talent.

Quite the two-way player out of James River HS. Plug in Jesse Logan Jesse Logan 6’2″ | 200 lbs | ATH James River | 2025 State VA ‘s tape and you’ll be met with an impressive first two reps. You can witness Logan serve as 3-4 OLB, work 45-degree cuts into a drop zone, and intercept an awry pass headed his way. Very next rep, you can witness the 6’2, 200-pound back break DB angles on his way to a 40-yard score via RB screen. Logan is a bit upright when toting the rock, I doubt it’ll be his next-level position, yet he proves he can read open lanes ahead of him and work off of full-backs that might be lead blocking. Disciplined off the edge, can attack TEs/OTs with his lead shoulder to throttle and read anything potentially headed outside. Likely a linebacker at the collegiate level, will need production to spike if he wants to stay inside the Top 100.

Production is a plus, 750+ yards of offense, seven scores too. Three interceptions, 5 PBUs, just under 30 total tackles from his DB spot. Un-offered, surprised to see little buzz around his name. Often the recipient of many misdirection option sets ran by George Marshall. Great balance, great upfield burst, can hit a different gear when he sees open turf ahead of him. Body type suggests he could serve as a slot receiver. The interceptions he comes down with also give the impression that Oketunji has the hands and tracking ability to serve a role at wideout. A reliable tackler from his boundary corner position. A baiter inside of 15 yards, likes to have his eyes in the backfield inside the red zone. Keeps everything in front of him at DB, most reps on tape have Oketunji coming down toward the LOS to either intercept, deflect, or tackle his matchup. Being open to roles on special teams at the next level will likely boost his stock.

Could easily move this young man into the top 80-90, grades are that razor thin in terms of margin. Many on this list have no collegiate traction at all, nice to see Spotswood’s Rayne Dean Rayne Dean 6’3″ | 225 lbs | ATH Spotswood | 2025 State VA at least garnering attention in the form of JDIs. Lengthy junior tape full of two-way production. 650+ scrimmage yards, six scores to his name, an obvious option for tight-end, yet his first rep on tape illustrates he can beat angles set by DBs in the open-field, he has a bit of stride and acceleration to his name, not as stiff as one would figure. Wheels, seam benders, curls, and over routes are all viable options among Dean’s route tree. Can be found behind the LOS in an H-back role, can serve a traditional outside-inside slot role as well, especially inside of 20 yards. An impact blocker, often used in counter/trap sets. Hand-eye coordination resembles that of wideouts as well, package his red-zone abilities and you have an ideal option for fades thrown to the pylons. One would have to figure that Rayne Dean Rayne Dean 6’3″ | 225 lbs | ATH Spotswood | 2025 State VA could likely serve an EDGE/OLB/DE role if explored there. I almost cut off his tape without any knowledge of his role on defense, I highly recommend restructuring tape to mix in WR reps with EDGE reps before his defensive prowess goes unnoticed. 70 total tackles and ten sacks were almost lost, not many coaches go this deep into initial tape. Dean is legitimately a better defender than he is a TE/WR prospect. His rank would skyrocket had I have seen his sacks six minutes into his tape. Regardless of these frustrations, this is an offerable prospect TODAY. Dean sprinkles in athleticism to a skillset that lands on the power end of the EDGE spectrum. Production alone should open eyes. I could realistically see Dean land as a 4-3 traditional EDGE rusher, he’d likely have to hone his skills and develop further tech at the position. A lot to love out of this young man’s tape, likely only a matter of time before FCS schools pull the trigger. I could see him snowball into a higher level as well.

Now at Granby, I need to adjust his profile. Arguably the best two-way producer on this list. 43 receptions, just under 1,000 yards of offense tallied up. Seven scores, a whopping nine interceptions to his name. I don’t use the term ball hawk often, it’s overused and often doesn’t fit the bill. Eamon Cuffee Eamon Cuffee 6’1″ | 190 lbs | ATH Granby | 2025 State VA is a true ball hawk in the secondary. Ball hawks intercept the football and flip a switch from defender to scorer in a flash, you can witness Cuffee do exactly this on tape. Burners attached to an impressive body that can control itself downfield. Can track the football while maintaining route integrity. Is as smooth out of his break as anyone in the state in my opinion, high praise from myself. Stunned Cuffee has no offers, is an FBS prospect in terms of tape, I’ll stand on that. You can witness Cuffee maintaining balance and speed despite cutting in or out. Not only can Cuffee cut without losing speed or balance, he can catch the football on the go without losing speed or balance. The core control necessary is rare. The best athlete on this list, arguably the best athlete in the state currently without an offer.
