PRZVA Team Previews: Gainesville Cardinals

While Gainesville should be commended for having instant success, the Cardinals team and fan base seem to want more. Coach Bruton moved on in this off-season and replacing him is longtime coordinator Tre Cage. The Cardinals coaching staff has done a tremendous job in building this new program and making them a competitor almost instantly. The young man has been busy this off-season collecting a plethora of offers from the likes of Delaware State to Towson. Hobbs is 6'6 and mobile enough to play guard or tackle at the next level. The expected week 1 starter for the Cardinals will be Howe and he has more than earned the opportunity. Earning a couple of offers for his work on the defensive side the past two years, looking forward to see how his transition under center. Playing outside and middle linebacker he has next level speed and tackles with really good form. George was all district a year ago, is a mean right tackle. He is a surefire tackling machine who will stick his nose into anybody. Very impressive in space and his speed/athleticism stands out on each snap.
