William & Mary commit Xavier Main Xavier Main 6'3" | 220 lbs | ATH Lake Braddock Secondary | 2025 State VA is quietly having a stellar senior season. The Bruins came into this season with a lot of hype and Main was one of the reasons why. He has been outstanding at both linebacker and at defensive end. When he gets to the ball carrier you best believe he is going deliver a blow. In the first contest back in October he helped create a turnover and scoop score, sending a message to Fairfax right away. The Lions will need to protect the football from guys like Main, or this could over early.

Fellow William & Mary commit Xavier Main Xavier Main 6'3" | 220 lbs | ATH Lake Braddock Secondary | 2025 State VA is having a good start to his final season for Lake Braddock. He too had a nice evening and was involved on a few key defensive stops early last week. No surprise about that as the Tribe did recruit him for his versatility and performance in many different roles.

I will be curious to see how Xavier Main Xavier Main 6'3" | 220 lbs | ATH Lake Braddock Secondary | 2025 State VA holds up tonight now that he is firmly committed to Coach London and William & Mary. More on the defensive side of the ball for me, as this is where I see him playing at the next level. Should be a fun first test for Main and the Bruins defense as George Hall is one of top quarterbacks they will face all season.

Receiver/Linebacker Xavier Main Xavier Main 6'3" | 220 lbs | ATH Lake Braddock Secondary | 2025 State VA will also be donning William & Mary colors next year as he committed to the Tribe back on June 8th. Two FCS level prospect and the Bruins are bound to have more from this senior class.
Main does make plays at receiver for Lake Braddock but I think where you will see him play for with the Tribe is at linebacker. The way he pursues ball carriers with speed and tenacity, he looks ready to play division 1 football now.

at William & Mary in 2025. My colleague and the Director of our Virginia site Vic Castillo really like this young man’s tape and soon after, the all conference linebacker started getting attention from colleges. While he plays on a loaded squad Main is all over the field at linebacker and could transition to safety at the next level too. Congrats to him on his commitment as Coach Mike London continues to clean up in his home state.

One of my favorite unoffered prospects in all of Virginia. Stationed at LB and WR for Lack Braddock Secondary, Xavier Main Xavier Main 6'3" | 220 lbs | ATH Lake Braddock Secondary | 2025 State VA is your ideal two-way weapon, usually one whose complete skillset is coveted by next-level recruiters. Offensively, LB likes to involve Main heavily as the in-breaker in passing concepts. Main can run nines, seams, and fades, yet his bread and butter in this offense are in-breaking routes. A slant/dig/in eater, Main can flash his numbers and provide his QB with a wide frame for balls to get thrown into, flashes late hands too. Main can catch and head upfield smoothly, he’s a load to bring down, is often seen dragging kids 10+ yards after the catch. His offensive skillset is an obvious fit at tight end at the HS or collegiate level. Main gives you just a dab of athleticism/twitch that can make your brows raise from time to time. A catch through traffic, occasionally getting out of his break smoothly, there’s potential to be unlocked here. Defensively, you can witness Main play a bit more freely/naturally. Quite the motor, quite the closing speed to the football. I don’t believe LB has explored with Main off the edge in-game, you can usually find him blitzing in a scrape LB role aligned pre-snap between B-gaps. Again, a lot to like, a lot to be unlocked. Main relies on athleticism and brute strength on defense, simply over-powering or out-running backs and tight ends who attempt to block him. If Main can develop real shedding abilities and continue to show an understanding of leverage use, I wouldn’t be surprised to find a program liking him inside the front seven. A great un-offered all-around talent.
