Hunter has good size and is a versatile player that can be used inside or outside. He has a quick first step, does well at maintaining a strong base and he doesn’t overreach or get out of position. His hand fighting is good and he is a player that has a good understanding of leverages and containing bull rushers.

Jacobson has good size and is a versatile lineman. He can be used as a tackle but is best as an interior offensive lineman and can use his footwork to pull and get to the second level on run blocks. He moves well, is light on his feet, and has good physicality to his game.

Jacobson participated at the West High School showcase against some competitive talent at the defensive line position. In the 5v5 drills, he showed quickness to set his base, hands to give contact and adjust. Sustained his feet and balance throughout the block. Jacobson has the size and movement to play along the offensive interior at the next level.

Jacobson has put together a nice offseason, and he continued that on the evening. he looked good during the 5v5 session and did well against physically stronger defensive linemen, used great technique and a strong base to maintain leverage, and held his ground. He’ll be best as an interior lineman, but he showed why there’s a lot to like about him in recruiting. He’s a player who should get looked at regionally.

Jacobson put forth another good effort and has done an excellent job this offseason in improving his game. He is a strong interior lineman with good footwork and brings good quickness to his game. His strength holds up to interior linemen that outweigh him, and he is agile and moves well to hold up to speed rushers. It was an excellent afternoon for him.

Jacobson has good size and frame and will continue to grow and add to it. He’s a versatile lineman who can work inside and outside. Jacobson has good footwork and a solid base. He uses his footwork to keep defenders in front of him and it’s that footwork that allows him to keep good leverage with quicker defenders and his size keeps stronger bull rushers from advancing. Jacobson will pull and he’ll enforce his physicality when doing so and can get to the second level. I like him as an interior offensive lineman but he can work anywhere along the line. He’s a player that should get looked at regionally in recruiting.
