He has also proven to be reliable in pass protection, showing the ability to get the snap off quickly then keep a strong base while taking on contact, not allowing for much penetration into the pocket. Carter recently picked up offers from Southern Mississippi and UT Martin, and I expect more to come his way as he continues to develop.
