Solid size behind center, operates out of a spread system when Southmoreland wants to throw the football, plenty of five-wide sets early on tape. Said tape is about two and a half minutes long. Can be seen hitting his target 30+ yards downfield, he’s a young man willing to give his downfield target a chance. Can work with the RB post-snap, some mesh action that can incorporate play-action passes or tuck and runs by Matthews himself. He’s a better athlete than I give him credit for. Will likely see a move to ATH in the future, with half of his tape showcasing OLB reps.

A prospect whose feet are married with his eyes. His lower half, the way he climbs the pocket, his dropback, the lack of unnecessary hitches, Bucksar’s attention to footwork and timing of said feet stands out immediately. Second rep on tape is a beauty. North Penn doesn’t mind deploying multi-TE sets, seven kids on the LOS is to be expected. Bucksar can operate under center and provide a traditional drop. Bucksar can operate play-action sets too. Don’t see many QBs this size with this kind of toughness. Understands that he needs to stay in the pocket and take hits, does so time and time again, with good results. Sees the middle of the field well, accurate downfield because of his attention to detail post-snap from a mechanical/footwork perspective. Not going to wow anyone from a pure talent POV, but this kid is well coached and clearly has a great feel for the position, a kid you can win with.

Not too active on Twitter. 1,300 passing yards with 12 scores to pair. Priority is to get this young man on the move. First rep on tape is a beauty, sprints to his off-hand side, flips his shoulders and hips, gets popped in the mouth while delivering a dot to the sideline 25+ yards downfield. An eye-opening first rep. Undersized, recruiting will be an uphill battle especially considering how loaded the 2026 class is at the position. Several reps out of Twin sets, can incorporate play-action sets out of twins. Calling card is certainly his ability to shift launching points to either side of the field and target his weapons accurate on the move. Can tuck and run for first downs. Can stretch the field when in Trips. Like the way he delegates the football inside of 15 yards, not everything on tape is a big play, which is a good thing. Seam shots show off the arm strength packed in his build. Good player.

2,100 yards of offense racked up for Bloomsburg, 21 TDs to boot. Will likely see a change to “ATH” in the future because of the quality reps he provides at DB. Bloomsburg likes to spread a defense out, 4-5 wide sets. Brosious boasts great downfield depth perception, ton of vertical shots laid in front of his man perfectly. Fades and nines are a breeze for this kid, great touch and tempo. Prefers to attack downfield, does a great job of it, want to see more underneath routes to truly get a feel for how he works his reads when that first option downfield isn’t there. Nine-minute tape, only gave his first 3-4 a look, what I’m looking for is likely inside second part of tape. An option to hurt a defense with his legs, to tuck or find new passing lanes. Standing at 5’10, Brosious has no choice but to impress with both his arm and legs. Good football player.

Operates behind center in an offense that likes to keep things tight. Extra linemen, multiple TEs, H-Backs in the backfield, creativity with pre-snap motion. First three reps on tape show off Shedlock’s ability to read blocks on QB keepers/sweeps. He shows off his athleticism a bit here too. I recommend Shedlock incorporate more throws earlier in tape, he isn’t a one-trick pony despite tape relaying that notion a bit. Can force defenders in the box with tight formations, motion, and Shedlock’s ability to run, once that occurs you can expect Shedlock to pull the ball and work play-action sets. Can hit wideouts who leak behind the secondary consistently. Looks accurate inside of 15 yards, slants and drags are hit on tape. Likely a heavily involved player inside the red zone, can be accurate while serving as a runner too. Colleges will likely like him for his complete skillset as an athlete.

Has some seriously talented individuals at wideout, Easton trusts Ordway to be the man behind center in an offense that wants to give its athletes a chance downfield. Like how Ordway is given freedom to work RPOs. Second rep has him working a mesh with his back, while reading C/F defenders to either hit slants or swings out of the backfield. Yet another undersized QB, working with his legs is a must, Ordway is capable of creating with his feet both in impromptu and purposeful situations. See a QB draw called for him, can tuck if he reads unblocked defenders correctly at the LOS. Touch downfield, can either attack and scare a defense deep, or attack for first downs with backs and his own legs, tough offense to contain. A candidate to double his production as a junior.

Arguably the most desirable prospect on this list because of build/stature. First rep has Mengel hitting his man in stride after uncorking a 40+ air-yard toss in the pocket. Immediately get a feel for his upside. He replicates this rep a couple more times throughout his tape. Can serve as a threat with his legs, bigger build, expect Mengel to run through or past you. Mengel’s tape is far and away the best on this list thus far. I’d argue Mengel deserves to be inside the Top 30 after a second look at his tape, not a lot left on the table, he checks off boxes that upperclassmen can’t check off. I’ll be pushing his name a bit further, he likely belongs next to some of the better names in the state.

An undersized QB that is steadily growing. A look at his early reps on tape and you’d think the kid is 6’2, 220 with the arm he boasts, almost 50 air yards in stride to his target downfield, immediately flashing the hip torque and arm strength necessary to wow coaches willing to take a chance on him. Could be the QB on this list with the most arm talent. Real zip, real confidence to thread needles between safeties. Holeshots scattered throughout his tape too. Doesn’t rely on open wideouts to uncork throws, has the confidence and accuracy to deliver balls to covered individuals, not every HS QB can do this. First rep is a QB keeper in the red zone that goes for a score, next rep is a 40-yard bomb from the pocket that goes for a score. You get both ends of the spectrum out of Kareem Moore Kareem Moore 5’11” | 160 lbs | QB Academy Park | 2026 State PA , the Academy Park QB working against District 1 competition. Love his makeup when things are clean in the pocket. Good feet setting, good helmet movement between reads, good release, real smooth operator if he can help it. Great feel for route concepts inside of 15 yards, hits curls and hitches and stick routes with authority. Has no problem taking what’s given, big plus for an underclassmen QB. A cannon for an arm, uncorks 45-50 yarders frequently on tape, a pure talent that could grow into something special with further and improved training. A gem hidden just outside Philadelphia, DELCO is filled with them.
