One runs about a minute and a half against Germantown Academy, while the other is a quick set of clips against Loudoun Sports Academy. Against Germantown Academy, he is aligned at what looks like left tackle. The beginning of his reps is solid and shows promise. He shoots his hands well and consistently delivers a solid initial punch while playing with good pad level. He looks to have a strong lower half, but I want to see him do a better job of displacing defenders off the ball and finishing his reps. It says a lot that his coaches are already comfortable putting him at left tackle at his current age. The two reps on Hudl against Loudoun Sports Academy are also solid, and I see a little more temperament and urgency to his game there. Moving forward, I would love to learn more about his pass protection skills and see how he handles a larger sample of reps in that area.

Already ranked inside our Top 150, this 2029 RB out of Shady Side Academy (PA) checks in at 5'10, 195 pounds with plenty of physical development still ahead of him. Harvey is already ranked well, so that level of production does not come as much of a surprise. I'm still waiting for the Hudl tape to drop so I can really dissect how his game has improved and what he looks like now that he is no longer a freshman at Shady Side Academy. I'll save the full evaluation for a later date, but I'm excited to see his first three games or even a single game cut up from the Perry matchup.

Cumberland Valley (PA) has an intriguing 2028 OL in this 6'3, 290-pound prospect. Currently unranked, but the size and class make him a strong candidate to debut high on the board once the evaluation catches up with the physical profile.

Posted a two and a half minute tape from his first two games on Hudl. I'm not sure how this young man fell through the cracks during my search for 2028 prospects. He has outstanding size and plays for a program that has become known for developing serious collegiate offensive linemen. He is another left tackle prospect and the second one mentioned on this list.

His first rep on tape is a dominant one, reaching the second level and flattening a defender 10 to 15 yards off the ball. He might be a swing tackle for Cumberland Valley, as he is also seen playing right tackle on this early tape. The early reps showcase phenomenal run blocking technique. He gets his backside into the hole, can expand/stretch the edge and gets out of his stance in a hurry. At 290 pounds, he does not look sloppy carrying the weight from what I can tell. He wants to punish defenders, looks to finish and consistently plays through the whistle. There is a mean streak to his game that I want to see from an offensive tackle prospect. This is a potentially special tackle who could very well find himself ranked inside the top 200, and I'm excited to showcase him further.

Avon Grove (PA) 2028 ATH who stands 5'10, 170 pounds while carrying a strong 3.9 GPA.

Avon Grove's Dominic Harriet might be in need of a ranking boost, although I'll wait to see his midseason tape before fully justifying that notion. He posted a 40 yard touchdown run from this past weekend's game on X and tagged me, and I'm still waiting to see the full tape. Harriet ran the ball 28 times for 250 yards and a touchdown. That stat line alone has me thinking I might still be underrating him among Pennsylvania's 2028 prospects.

To be fair, Harriet's current ranking already projects him near the Division I level, sitting about 60 to 70 spots away from that threshold. He displays patience when setting up his blocks and allowing things to develop in front of him. That shows up immediately on his first rep on tape, an off tackle run where Harriet sees daylight and then shows off his acceleration once the opening presents itself.

The tape against West Chester East is phenomenal. You can watch him secure huge chunks of yardage through several different looks, whether it is off tackle, between the tackles or on presnap motion that gets Harriet outside on sweeps. You name it, Harriet was ripping off large gains. West Chester East is not a slouch either, which makes the performance even more impressive on Harriet's part.

Academy Park (PA) 2028 LB/DE with a sturdy 6'0, 205-pound build and 3.1 GPA.

Great first impression made by Bangora out of Academy Park High School, who is currently unranked. He tagged me in a tape where he played linebacker very well against Unionville High School, recording 11 tackles with one going for a loss. Bangora looks comfortable aligning presnap between the B gaps and shows an impressive ability to read and react against runs out of the gun.

He also saw some time at tight end in a chip and release role, and I love seeing that potential versatility at this stage. One of my favorite reps featured Bangora spying the quarterback, subtly dropping into his zone while keeping his eyes on the quarterback, his feet moving laterally and his agility underneath him. When the quarterback eventually left the pocket and tried to pick up yards himself, Bangora stayed with him throughout the play. Good Mike linebacker play here and a strong first impression from an unranked prospect.

Two sport 2029 DB/ATH out of Methacton (PA) who also plays combo guard on the basketball court. Checks in at 5'9, 160 pounds with a 3.3 GPA.

Here is a ranked prospect who is still currently playing on Methacton's JV team. We'll need to see Thompson earn varsity time for him to remain ranked on our Pennsylvania 2029 board. I'll wait for those varsity reps before getting too excited, but it is still encouraging to see him producing at a high level through two games, albeit against JV competition.

Thompson has already recorded six touchdowns and two interceptions, along with a ton of tackles and multiple forced fumbles. I can't give him a proper evaluation until I see varsity tape, but this is still valuable information to gather on an underclassman who I think has legitimate potential.

Lansdale Catholic (PA) 2029 prospect checking in at 5'10, 160 pounds. Still early in his development with plenty of time to continue building out his physical profile.

Had the opportunity to watch Hackett perform against Father Judge down in Ocean City, New Jersey, this past weekend. He also posted an 80 second Week 1 and 2 tape on Hudl this past week. Hackett is a 2029 prospect currently on our watch list, so reps from any week are welcomed as I continue evaluating him for a potential spot on our Pennsylvania 2029 board.

His profile currently has him listed at wide receiver, but that needs to be moved to defensive back. I view Hackett as a safety prospect who can also catch the football on offense. He does a nice job containing outside zone runs from the safety spot when aligned in two high sets. Presnap, I think his game will take another step once he gains more confidence and can consistently read and react rather than think through his responsibilities. He recorded an interception while I was in attendance against Father Judge, making a great read on a screen to the running back. He is a tough player who should only get better technically and already has plenty of confidence coming downhill to support against the run. Hackett can also help at wide receiver and boundary corner. I'll be seeing him again this weekend, giving me another opportunity to evaluate his development.

Speed is the obvious draw for this 2027 WR out of Avon Grove (PA), checking in at 5'6, 160 pounds with an unofficial 4.39 40.

The second Avon Grove prospect mentioned in this piece. He posted a minute and a half worth of reps on X that caught my attention. Another offensive prospect, but not a back this time. He is an unranked senior slot receiver who could end up producing at a high level this season. He came within a yard of scoring a touchdown in this game against West Chester East, and the Avon Grove coaching staff can get creative and experimental with his presnap alignment and overall usage.

Slippery, quick and agile are all adjectives that describe his game. He is active in the return game and had an impressive kick return where he made multiple defenders look silly in space. He can also be trusted to return punts. Overall, he is a serious weapon who needs to get the football with space in front of him. When that happens, good things clearly tend to follow. I'm excited to get him represented on our senior 2027 board.

Cardinal O'Hara (PA) 2028 defensive lineman with a 5'11, 250-pound build and 76-inch wingspan. A two sport athlete who also competes in track and carries an impressive 4.09 GPA.

Here's a prospect with Division I potential who I'll be seeing in person this coming weekend. Ranked inside the top 150 of Pennsylvania's 2028 class, his Hudl currently features about a minute of production through two games. Single game tapes against Audenried Charter and Conwell Egan Catholic are up for coaches to watch.

He can completely wreck a game from the nose guard position, aligning or shading to either side of the center. His main goal is to penetrate gaps, and he does it with impressive consistency and frequency. Looking at his tape through the early portion of the 2026 fall season, I feel even more validated about his stature on our website as one of the best interior defensive linemen in his class. He shows fantastic hip strength and torque, staying low, getting underneath the center's pads and driving blockers either into his desired gap or in the opposite direction to create confusion immediately after the snap. He is a complete game wrecker on the interior.

German 2028 OL/DL prospect now at Kiski School (PA), bringing immediate size to the trenches at 6'3, 325 pounds. Carries a 3.1 GPA.

Posted a 40 second clip on X that caught my attention. This kid's history, size and current experience level are all intriguing, but I want to see substantial tape on Hudl before getting too excited. He looks to be stationed as The Kiski School's left tackle and lands on the wider end of the tackle spectrum rather than the leaner end.

There is still plenty of power and foot quickness there for him to serve as a serviceable tackle at this level right now. He looks better in pass protection than I would have imagined, although I want to see him work against elite speed off the edge to get a better idea of how well he can move his 300 plus pound body. He registered a few impressive and key kickout blocks, several of which helped spring touchdown runs. The Kiski School ultimately put 44 points on the board that night, with Julius serving as a pivotal cog in that offensive machine.

Two sport 2027 prospect out of Plymouth Whitemarsh (PA), playing K/WR on the football field and power forward on the basketball court. Brings good overall size at 6'3, 200 pounds.

Had the pleasure of watching [player_tooltip player_id='2382382' first='Max' last='Peterson'] dominate against Kennett this past weekend. He finished with four receptions, two of which went for touchdowns, and registered just shy of 100 receiving yards. That production came within an offense that must have also rushed for at least 300 yards on the ground.

Peterson is also a kicker and basketball player and looks like a serious tight end prospect. I would love to see him run in a camp setting to learn more about his long term positional projection. Is he a wideout who can consistently separate, or is he a tight end who might need to be kicked inside and scrape for production at the next level if he chooses to pursue it?

Peterson could be a candidate for late Division I interest from specific FCS programs in the area, but could also be an exciting addition for a PSAC school. As of right now, he is currently unoffered to my knowledge. His last game really opened my eyes to his recruiting potential. Peterson currently sits at a low Division I grade on our 2027 board, further validating what I saw in person and how I felt about him throughout the offseason.

https://twitter.com/MaxPeterso83336/status/2096648904628375734?s=20

https://twitter.com/MaxPeterso83336/status/2096648904628375734?s=20

https://twitter.com/MaxPeterso83336/status/2096648904628375734?s=20

Roman Catholic (PA) 2028 DB/WR with good length on the perimeter, checking in at 6'2, 185 pounds.

Still no tape up on Hudl from Harris, although I'm not too concerned. I'd love to learn whether he has carved out a serious role at Roman Catholic right now or if his reps have been limited. Roman is loaded at so many different positions on the defensive side of the ball, so I'm intrigued to see where Harris currently stands as far as playing time goes.

I liked him as a wide receiver years ago, but I might have to change his designation on our site to defensive back. Formerly out of Northeast, Harris is a prospect I'm excited to learn more about and potentially see in person within the next two weeks. I was tagged on Twitter in hopes of seeing some early season production, but nothing has surfaced yet. That is not necessarily alarming at this point, especially considering the amount of talent Roman has on the field.
