Here is a ranked prospect who is still currently playing on Methacton’s JV team. We’ll need to see Thompson earn varsity time for him to remain ranked on our Pennsylvania 2029 board. I’ll wait for those varsity reps before getting too excited, but it is still encouraging to see him producing at a high level through two games, albeit against JV competition.

Thompson has already recorded six touchdowns and two interceptions, along with a ton of tackles and multiple forced fumbles. I can’t give him a proper evaluation until I see varsity tape, but this is still valuable information to gather on an underclassman who I think has legitimate potential.
