- Cardinal O’Hara (PA) 2028 defensive lineman with a 5’11, 250-pound build and 76-inch wingspan. A two sport athlete who also competes in track and carries an impressive 4.09 GPA.
Here’s a prospect with Division I potential who I’ll be seeing in person this coming weekend. Ranked inside the top 150 of Pennsylvania’s 2028 class, his Hudl currently features about a minute of production through two games. Single game tapes against Audenried Charter and Conwell Egan Catholic are up for coaches to watch.
He can completely wreck a game from the nose guard position, aligning or shading to either side of the center. His main goal is to penetrate gaps, and he does it with impressive consistency and frequency. Looking at his tape through the early portion of the 2026 fall season, I feel even more validated about his stature on our website as one of the best interior defensive linemen in his class. He shows fantastic hip strength and torque, staying low, getting underneath the center’s pads and driving blockers either into his desired gap or in the opposite direction to create confusion immediately after the snap. He is a complete game wrecker on the interior.

is an excellent defensive tackle prospect. His ability to use his strength to control his gaps is impressive. He is difficult to move from his spot due to his leverage and strength. He also has active hands. He has what I call violent hands, as he can use them to get through the body of an offensive lineman. Then, as a pass rusher, he has a great swim-move. He gets the offensive lineman going one way and swim-move the opposite direction. It is impressive to see him do it, as I saw him do it plenty of times on film. Frazier is a talented defensive lineman prospect.

finally got onto the field this week after having to sit out the 1st 3 weeks of the season because of transfer rules. Frazier, in a week 4 game, looked good overall as a defensive tackle. He does a good job of firing off the ball and attacking offenses. Frazier should be able to play at an even higher level the rest of the season. Now that he has his 1st game out of the way, I expect him to play even better going forward.
