Horta is a talented player who showed out at the 7-on-7 tournament.

has some of the best films you’ll see in the 2028 class. His film is from Junior Varsity of Freshman football, but he dominated the field. He was excellent as a big-play machine, either as a wide receiver or as a returner. As a wide receiver, he showed great body control by catching the ball well. He is good after the catch by making defenders miss in space. Then, as a returner, he can make defenders miss and create big plays. Horta is an explosive athlete in the 2028 class.
