  • Speed is the obvious draw for this 2027 WR out of Avon Grove (PA), checking in at 5’6, 160 pounds with an unofficial 4.39 40.

The second Avon Grove prospect mentioned in this piece. He posted a minute and a half worth of reps on X that caught my attention. Another offensive prospect, but not a back this time. He is an unranked senior slot receiver who could end up producing at a high level this season. He came within a yard of scoring a touchdown in this game against West Chester East, and the Avon Grove coaching staff can get creative and experimental with his presnap alignment and overall usage.

Slippery, quick and agile are all adjectives that describe his game. He is active in the return game and had an impressive kick return where he made multiple defenders look silly in space. He can also be trusted to return punts. Overall, he is a serious weapon who needs to get the football with space in front of him. When that happens, good things clearly tend to follow. I’m excited to get him represented on our senior 2027 board.

Joseph Dicrecchio Joseph Dicrecchio 5'8" | 153 lbs | WR/DB Avon Grove | 2027 PA was outstanding as a slot receiver for Avon Grove. His ability to get in and out of breaks and to make defenders miss is excellent. Several times, he ran routes and made defenders miss in the open field. He has the quickness and burst you want from receivers. He is also tough. He can catch the ball well in between defenders. Dicrecchio is a highly skilled slot receiver.
