Shephard definitely fits the description as a cornerback for the Tarblooders. His fluidity and ability to run make him a strong in off the ball man defense. What really separates him for is his ability to break on the throw. He has strong instincts and is explosive out of his break. When he gets to the ball he's not just looking to play the ball he's looking to separate man from ball.
